Joining the Learning & Development Unit, you will leverage your expertise in curriculum design, focused on creating and revising training programs, lesson plans, and assessments. This position involves continuous collaboration with subject matter experts and involves validating educational trends and methodologies to ensure top-tier training outcomes. Your input will be essential in identifying gaps and establishing effective learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and update training and instructional materials
• Collaborate to develop effective learning activities
• Conduct research on educational methodologies and technologies
• Evaluate lesson plans and implement improvements
• Maintain communication with staff and subject matter experts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in education or similar field
• At least three years of training-related experience
• Considerable knowledge of instructional design
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and e-learning software
