Joining the Learning & Development Unit, you will leverage your expertise in curriculum design, focused on creating and revising training programs, lesson plans, and assessments. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and update training and instructional materials

• Collaborate to develop effective learning activities

• Conduct research on educational methodologies and technologies

• Evaluate lesson plans and implement improvements

• Maintain communication with staff and subject matter experts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in education or similar field

• At least three years of training-related experience

• Considerable knowledge of instructional design

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Word, Excel, and e-learning software
