Position: Junior Kindergarten Educator Role
Join Crofton House School as a Junior Kindergarten Educator for a one-year maternity leave. Engage young girls in a collaborative and innovative learning environment starting September 2026.

As part of the Early Childhood Education Centre team, you'll support the growth of students through play-based and inquiry-focused teaching. This fixed-term role emphasizes teamwork and effective lesson planning, ensuring each child's unique learning style is nurtured in both classroom and outdoor settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teaching teams for effective lesson planning

• Support daily physical education for young children

• Engage in diverse activities that enhance learning

• Document assessments to track student progress

• Foster strong partnerships with parents and community

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education

• Experience with early childhood education practices

• Familiarity with VCH licensing processes

• Skills in flexibility, creativity, and collaboration

• Must possess a valid BC ECE Certificate
