Lead Youth Programs at JCC

In this casual role, instructors will manage various program areas like sports, arts, STEM, and more. Create lesson plans and gather supplies while supporting a positive experience for participants, aged 3 and up. Excellent communication skills and a welcoming demeanor are essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead program sessions

• Request and manage supplies efficiently

• Set up and maintain the program area

• Create an inviting and inclusive atmosphere

• Maintain communication with parents and guardians

Requirements:

• Relevant experience with children or teens

• Highly reliable and communicative personality

• Patient and adaptable in different situations

• Criminal record check mandatory

• First Aid certification preferred
