Position: Vancity Learning Designer Role
Shape the future of member support as a Learning Designer at Vancity, located in Vancouver, BC. Lead tailored learning projects and collaborate with stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

In this full-time, temporary position at Vancity's head office, you will report to the Manager of Learning. Your expertise in learning and development will enable you to define outcomes and create engaging training solutions that meet specific project needs. Strong communication and project management skills will be essential as you lead learning initiatives while adapting to evolving requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders

• Design and deliver various learning assets

• Manage project activities and timelines

• Gain feedback to refine learning materials

• Collaborate across functions for effective solutions

Requirements:

• Diploma in Adult Learning or related field

• Experience in instructional design

• Strong knowledge of learning methodologies

• Excellent facilitation and communication skills

• Proven project management experience
