Join arenaflex as a Customer Education Instructional Designer, crafting educational content to support users in leveraging our no-code platform. This is a full-time position based in CA.
In the role of Instructional Designer, you will develop engaging and user-friendly educational materials that facilitate a smooth onboarding process. You will work closely with product and customer success teams to ensure all content reflects the latest updates and user needs. This position requires innovative thinking and a solid foundation in e-learning principles, enabling our users to independently build mobile apps easily.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create instructional materials, including e-learning and video guides
• Enhance onboarding experience through structured learning resources
• Develop training solutions for user self-education
• Collaborate with various teams for accurate content
• Refine materials based on user engagement and feedback
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design
• Skilled in e-learning software like Captivate and Camtasia
• Excellent writing and verbal communication abilities
• Understanding of instructional principles and adult learning
• Strong organizational skills to manage diverse projects
