FMB Learning Specialist Position

Join the First Nations Financial Management Board (FMB) as a Learning Specialist to support employee development and foster an inclusive learning environment. This role emphasizes training program design and delivery with a focus on Indigenous values.

As a Learning Specialist, you will create and implement programs that promote skill acquisition and confidence among employees. You will design training materials, assess learning needs, and deliver educational sessions in engaging formats such as workshops and e-learning. Key Responsibilities:

• Support diverse learning programs to enhance employee knowledge

• Design user-friendly training materials and workshops

• Engage with teams to determine educational needs

• Facilitate varied training formats and coaching sessions

• Maintain records of training and improvement outcomes

Requirements:

• Three years' experience in designing corporate learning programs

• Knowledge of adult learning methodologies

• Experience with AI tools and digital adoption

• Strong communication skills in diverse formats

• Understanding of Indigenous culture and DEI practices
