Processing Trainer at Artemis Gold

As the Trainer - Processing, you will report directly to the Superintendent. This role focuses on designing comprehensive training programs aimed at processing plant personnel. Your expertise will guide training sessions on ore processing, equipment operations, and safety protocols while evaluating learning effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce safety standards in processing operations

• Identify training needs with departmental leaders

• Develop training materials and hands-on exercises

• Deliver workshops on technical concepts and procedures

• Provide coaching to reinforce learning

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in mineral processing or related field

• 10+ years of hands-on processing operations experience

• Previous training and development experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of mineral processing principles

• Excellent presentation and communication skills
