Position: Education Program Coordinator for Tsleil-Waututh Nation
Enhance educational pathways as the Education Program Coordinator with Tsleil-Waututh Nation, focusing on culturally sensitive and supportive programs for all learners. Engage directly in advocacy and guidance for students.

This role is dedicated to supporting K–12 and post-secondary students by ensuring that their cultural identities are integrated within their educational experiences. Working closely with families, educators, and community stakeholders, you will coordinate programs and provide one-on-one support to promote academic and career success. Your organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining accurate records and managing program budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate individualized education and career planning

• Build partnerships with educational systems and community organizations

• Support event planning for educational initiatives

• Maintain documentation and reporting for funding

• Assist students with program applications and forms

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education preferred in a relevant field

• Two years of experience in education or program coordination

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Familiarity with education systems and advocacy

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
