We are recruiting for three positions at the University of British Columbia, managing accommodations for midterm and final exams. This position demands excellent analytical skills to develop specialized exam plans and ensure compliance with university policies.
Your role will be vital in supporting over 900 exams daily during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer individual exam plans for students with disabilities
• Oversee scheduling and logistics of 40,000+ exams
• Manage exam resources and technology requirements
• Ensure confidentiality and sensitivity in exam procedures
• Recruit and train invigilators to uphold exam standards
Requirements:
• High School graduation plus two years of post-secondary education
• Four years of related experience in academic environments
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage sensitive information
• Knowledge of CUPE collective agreements preferred
