This full-time, temporary role stationed at Vancity's head office involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to design and implement impactful learning solutions. Your expertise in instructional design and ability to manage complex projects will guide Vancity’s workforce in achieving superior member support. Adapting to various learning modalities is essential in serving diverse learner needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze input to identify learning goals

• Create and deliver diverse learning formats

• Coordinate project deliverables and schedules

• Refine curriculum based on feedback and needs

• Foster collaboration among various teams

Requirements:

• Education in Adult Learning or similar

• Relevant experience in instructional design

• Expertise in blended learning methodologies

• Strong project management capabilities

• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
