Lead vibrant Israeli dance classes at Dena Wosk School of Performing Arts. Engage children and teens, fostering their skills, confidence, and love for Israeli culture.

At the JCC, the role involves teaching weekly Israeli dance for youth and preparing groups for community performances. As an enthusiastic instructor, you’ll cultivate a supportive environment that nurtures teamwork and appreciation for Israeli traditions. Collaborate with staff to enhance the program and create adaptable lessons for varied skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and teach engaging Israeli dance classes weekly

• Create an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere

• Teach technique, performance skills, and choreography

• Prepare students for performances and community events

• Communicate schedules and expectations with families

Requirements:

• Experience in teaching Israeli dance or a strong dance background

• Excellent choreography and classroom management skills

• Organized, reliable, and enthusiastic

• Attend events outside regular class hours

• Clear a criminal record check for working with youths
