Position: Lead Training Development for Supply Chain
Lead transformative training projects as a Supply Chain Programs Training Lead. Focus on creating engaging learning experiences and materials in a dynamic, in-person setting.

In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to align training content with business goals, create eLearning and instructor-led training modules, and assess learner needs. Your expertise in design tools and methodologies will drive the production of effective training programs and enhance overall learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions to assess learner needs

• Coordinate and execute training events and sessions

• Simplify complex processes for better understanding

• Revise materials to meet evolving learner objectives

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of relevant training experience

• Expertise in Adobe and Articulate tools

• Proven track record in technical and functional learning

• Strong skills in managing multiple priorities

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
