Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling in-person and eLearning training sessions

• Engage in workshop sessions to assess learner needs

• Develop and update training content based on feedback

• Lead training events and capture actionable insights

• Maintain focus on learner engagement and material effectiveness

Requirements:

• 2-5 years experience in training development

• Expertise with learning design tools

• Strong skills in facilitating training sessions

• Knowledge in ADDIE and SAM instructional design

• Attention to detail in high-pressure environments
