Training Lead, Learning Experience Design

As part of the Supply Chain Strategy and Programs team, you will leverage your training and design skills to deliver exceptional learning experiences. You’ll manage the entire training cycle, from developing assessments to maintaining learning materials that ensure alignment with business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional partners will be key to designing effective training modalities that cater to a variety of learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design immersive learning experiences for training initiatives

• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions for understanding learner needs

• Execute and manage training events both online and offline

• Maintain and revise existing learning materials for relevance

• Collect feedback and integrate into new training strategies

Requirements:

• 2–5 years in instructional design or training roles

• Familiarity with eLearning course creation tools

• Strong facilitation and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
