In this role, you'll bring Benevity’s leadership programs to life by facilitating impactful learning experiences for diverse teams. You'll manage logistics, adapt content for various audiences, and continuously improve programs based on feedback. This position offers growth into facilitating team effectiveness initiatives as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead transformative leadership workshops and training sessions

• Adapt content delivery to meet global audience needs

• Oversee logistical details of program execution

• Support cross-functional collaboration on learning initiatives

• Synthesize feedback to enhance program effectiveness

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in facilitation or development

• Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills

• Relevant post-secondary education

• Experience with LMS platforms

• Certification in facilitation methodologies preferred
