The ideal candidate will bring five years of experience in instructional design and a Master's Degree in a related field. Together with stakeholders, the advisor will assess and develop innovative training courses, ensuring quality and efficacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training programs using educational theory

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to refine online courses

• Implement needs analysis and competency assessments

• Enhance Learning Management Systems for optimal use

• Provide consultation on educational materials and content

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in education or instructional design

• Five years of relevant instructional design experience

• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and LMS

• Strong communication and project management skills

• Knowledge of multimedia development and creative design
