The ideal candidate is passionate about student development and possesses strong skills in individualized education plans and curricular adaptations. You will coordinate the Learning Support department, working alongside teachers and families to enhance student experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans

• Collaborate with staff and professionals for students’ benefit

• Manage Learning Support files effectively

• Foster positive relationships between school and families

• Ensure a supportive, inclusive environment for diverse abilities

Requirements:

• BC Teaching Certificate or equivalent

• Experience with diverse student needs

• Proven ability in teamwork and collaboration

• Criminal Record Check if outside BC

• Professional reference letters from recent supervisors
