Little Mountain Neighbourhood House is looking for a passionate Early Childhood Educator for its preschool program. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop respectful relationships with children and families

• Plan and implement play-based curriculum

• Observe and document children's learning progress

• Maintain engaging indoor and outdoor environments

• Encourage children's independence and creativity

Requirements:

• Valid ECE Certificate from British Columbia

• Current First Aid & CPR certification

• Experience with children aged 3-5 in licensed settings

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
