With over 5 years in curriculum design, you will enhance McCarthy Tétrault’s MT Academy programs, focusing on leadership development and business acumen.

Your role includes creating lawyer retreats, leveraging AI in learning designs, and collaborating with experts to evaluate program effectiveness. As an integral part of the team, you will ensure that educational offerings align with best practices in adult learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and improve national lawyer education programs

• Lead associate retreats and ensure high-quality delivery

• Collaborate on the curriculum for Legal Knowledge programming

• Create engaging training solutions via various formats

• Conduct needs assessments and evaluate learning impact

Requirements:

• LLB or Bachelor’s degree with 5 years in program delivery

• Instructional design experience in a legal setting preferred

• Proficiency in relevant educational technologies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
