Full-Time Early Childhood Assistant

This one-year fixed-term contract position begins on August 31, 2026. You will support Junior Kindergarten teachers and lead our after-school care program, emphasizing a play-based learning approach. This role is perfect for those seeking to enhance their early childhood education skills while working closely with motivated students in a beautiful 10-acre campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a dynamic team of educators

• Facilitate play-based learning activities for ECE students

• Support individual children’s needs as required

• Plan and implement after-school care activities

• Supervise lunch and outdoor play

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Educator Certificate or Diploma

• Experience as an early childhood educator preferred

• Understanding of young girls' learning styles

• Ability to work collaboratively and creatively

• Attention to safety and organization
