Position: Extracurricular Programs Manager at Science World
Lead exciting camps programs at Science World with a focus on STEAM for children. This full-time position includes managing staff and ensuring a safe, engaging environment for learning.

As the Extracurricular Programs Manager, you will report to the Senior Manager, leading seasonal camp operations across various locations. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills and actively develop diverse curriculum content that inspires curiosity. You will also ensure the welfare of children under your care, manage team dynamics, and maintain consistent communications with families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire and train camp leaders for effective program delivery

• Manage customer interactions and camp registrations

• Support curriculum creation and evaluation processes

• Maintain smooth logistics with cross-departmental teams

• Oversee day-to-day camp operations at various locations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related experience

• Proven camp program leadership abilities

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• First Aid certification required or to be obtained
