Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging eLearning and instructor-led training

• Assess learner needs through discovery sessions

• Produce and optimize training materials based on standards

• Conduct in-person and virtual training events

• Keep learning content fresh and relevant

Requirements:

• 2-5 years as a Training Specialist or similar role

• Proficient in design and authoring tools

• Strong entity in facilitating difficult training scenarios

• Familiar with design models like Action Mapping

• Ability to manage competing project demands
