Lead Trainer for Supply Chain Programs

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and deploy engaging learning experiences using various methods

• Coordinate and deliver training events for enhanced employee experience

• Revise training materials based on audience and modality

• Evaluate and report on training effectiveness post-delivery

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in a relevant training role

• Proficiency with design tools like Photoshop and Articulate

• Strong background in instructional design methodologies

• Ability to handle engaging difficult learners

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
