Join McCarthy Tétrault in Toronto, Vancouver, or Montreal as a Manager for Learning and Development, where you will use your expertise in legal education to create impactful programs. A minimum of five years’ experience in professional education is required.
Your role includes designing training for all lawyer levels, developing AI-enhanced learning solutions, and collaborating with firm leaders for curriculum advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create national curriculum for lawyer professional development
• Lead targeted associate retreats and workshops
• Implement AI tools in training programs
• Collaborate on adult learning and program development
• Measure program success with evaluation metrics
Requirements:
• Minimum five years' experience in educational program delivery
• Strong instructional design skills and technology proficiency
• Experience in legal environments preferred
• Certification in instructional design is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
