Supply Chain Training Lead Role

Drive learning excellence in Supply Chain Programs as a Training Lead, engaged in creating impactful training solutions onsite. This role demands creativity in developing both synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences.

Reporting to the Manager of Supply Chain Programs Change & Training, you will craft engaging and effective learning materials tailored to meet specific learner needs. From eLearning courses to instructor-led training, your work will play a vital role in supporting organizational objectives and enhancing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging training materials for diverse learning styles

• Conduct sessions with stakeholders to define training needs

• Manage and deliver training events both digitally and onsite

• Create assessments to refine learning objectives

• Adapt existing content to enhance learner engagement

Requirements:

• 2–5 years as a Training Specialist or similar

• Proficient with learning design software

• Experience in technical product training

• Strong facilitation and communication skills

• Ability to work under tight timelines
