As a permanent, full-time Education Director, you will oversee the curriculum, recruit and develop teaching staff, and engage in regular communications to keep parents informed. This position is pivotal in maintaining educational excellence and supporting community relations through effective local partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality delivery of Oxford Learning's curriculum

• Mentor and train tutors to promote effective teaching

• Implement strategies to improve student retention

• Communicate student progress to parents regularly

• Facilitate operational support including program placements

Requirements:

• Degree in Education or Child Development preferred

• At least 3 years in teaching or tutoring roles

• Previous leadership or mentoring is highly preferred

• Strong understanding of BC's educational standards
