This pivotal role requires at least five years’ experience in program development, particularly within legal settings. You'll oversee lawyer training programs, implement AI-based learning strategies, and evaluate educational impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and continuously improve lawyer training programs

• Manage associate retreats and experiential development sessions

Requirements:

• LLB or Bachelor's degree plus five years' background in education

• Expertise in instructional design methodologies

• Legal profession or related experience preferred

• Bilingual proficiency in French is advantageous
