Instructor for Early Years Program - Contract Role

As part of the Early RISErs program, you will facilitate enriching activities that encourage development and social engagement. This position requires collaboration with a diverse professional team, ensuring each child receives personalized guidance alongside their families. You'll contribute to a culture of support and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement daily program activities like circle time and free play

• Assist children with sensory support and transitions

• Design developmentally appropriate programming with the team

• Demonstrate support strategies to families for child involvement

• Ensure a safe and inviting educational environment

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Educator certification preferred

• Significant experience with preschool children and their families

• Effective communication skills with parents on development

• Ability to work in a collaborative team setting

• Criminal background check for vulnerable sector required
