Part-Time Counselling Instructor

Vancouver College of Counselling Training seeks a part-time Counselling/Psychology Instructor to transform adult education. Your expertise in counselling will guide students toward their academic and career goals.

In this pivotal role, you will engage with learners, delivering evidence-informed instruction across multiple formats, including online and hybrid courses. Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree and are Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC). A strong foundation in academic support, IT literacy, and customer service is essential to thrive in this dynamic position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging courses in Counselling and Psychology

• Facilitate in-person and online learning environments

• Provide timely feedback on assignments and assessments

• Support students in developing clinical competencies

• Uphold academic integrity and compliance standards

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Education or Arts

• Current RCC registration in good standing

• Minimum 5 years of counselling experience

• Proficiency in Canvas and Microsoft Teams

• Strong communication skills in virtual and in-person settings
