Senior School Science Teacher at WPGA

Join West Point Grey Academy as a Senior School Science Teacher on a term contract from September 2026 to June 2027. Lead effective Science lessons focused on Grades 8-10 and Biology courses.

This position emphasizes collaboration within the Senior School Science Department. Ideal candidates are dedicated educators who design engaging learning experiences aligned with the BC Curriculum. You'll support scientific literacy, critical thinking, and positive relationships with students in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver Senior School Science courses

• Create engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences

• Assess and report on student learning outcomes

• Participate in co-curricular school programs

Requirements:

• Experience teaching Science and/or Biology (Grades 8-12)
