Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain effective learning resources

• Partner with leaders to create learning solutions

• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions

• Measure effectiveness with evaluation tools

• Support train-the-trainer programs for internal facilitation

Requirements:

• 3+ years in learning and development roles

• Experience with Learning Management Systems

• Strong communication and facilitation skills

• Post-secondary education in Adult Education or a related discipline

• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies
