Lead Education Director - West

As the Education Director at Oxford Learning West Vancouver, you will oversee the implementation of high-quality educational programs for students in Grades 1–12.

Your role includes mentoring a team of tutors, monitoring student achievements, and ensuring effective communication with parents. This position is not remote, and you must be able to commute locally to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality delivery of curriculum standards

• Recruit, train, and manage tutoring staff

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Education or necessary fields

• At least 3 years of teaching or tutoring experience
