Assistant Early Childhood Learning

Become an integral part of the Crofton House School community as an Assistant in Early Childhood Education. Support young girls aged 3 to 5 in a caring, play-focused atmosphere.

Starting on August 31, 2026, this full-time position offers a fixed-term for one year. You will team up with Junior Kindergarten educators and lead after-school care initiatives that facilitate holistic development. This role is excellent for individuals eager to grow within a dedicated educational environment on our expansive campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team of educators in the ECE Centre

• Support play-based learning for early childhood students

• Address individual learning needs of children

• Oversee after-school care program implementation

• Supervise children's activities during lunch and recess

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Educator Certificate or Diploma required

• Previous experience is advantageous

• Knowledge of girl's educational styles preferred

• Creative, patient, and flexible approach to teaching

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
