West Education Director Position

Take charge of educational excellence at Oxford Learning as their Education Director in West Vancouver, BC. Lead academic initiatives while mentoring a team to enhance learning experiences for students.

This full-time and permanent role is focused on maintaining Oxford Learning's educational standards and implementing effective teaching strategies. Oversee the recruitment of tutors, foster relationships with parents, and monitor student achievements to drive results throughout the center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of academic program delivery

• Hire and manage a team of skilled tutors

Requirements:

• Educational degree with teaching certification a plus
