Join the Prep Academy Tutors team as a high school math and science tutor in Vancouver and ignite a passion for learning in students. Deliver personalized education both in-home and online.
We are looking for enthusiastic educators to provide in-person tutoring aligned with the British Columbia Secondary curriculum. You'll help students strengthen their skills in math and science while preparing them for assessments and enriching their learning experience. A commitment to student success and reliable transportation is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored academic support for high school students
• Enhance students' reading comprehension and writing skills
• Prepare students for classroom tests and assignments
• Create engaging lesson plans to promote understanding
• Regularly update parents on student performance
Requirements:
• Current teaching certification in Canada or the US
• Experience in high school math and science tutoring
• Knowledge of the BC curriculum required
• Excellent communication skills
• Access to reliable transportation in Vancouver
