Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, your role includes evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and aligning content with company objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interactive and effective learning formats

• Collaborate to ensure key learnings are prioritized

• Design adaptable delivery methods for various audiences

• Use evaluation best practices to assess learning

• Support facilitators during learning sessions

Requirements:

• 5+ years in instructional design roles

• Post-secondary education in relevant fields

• Skilled in Microsoft 365; familiarity with Articulate

• Experience in content management systems

• Bilingualism in English and another language is an asset
