As a sessional faculty member, you will lead classes for the Art and Design department in a role requiring robust teaching capabilities, industry knowledge, and a commitment to student success. A critical aspect of this position entails effective communication with students, academic advising, and mentoring. You will facilitate an enriching curriculum and inspire your students through hands-on learning and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach 1 to 5 sections per term as assigned

• Provide mentorship and support for student goals

• Develop and deliver engaging course materials

• Maintain academic integrity with records and attendance

• Participate in community and faculty engagement activities

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Fashion Design or related field

• Minimum 3 years teaching or industry experience

• Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Cloud

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion
