As the Sexual Violence Prevention Educator, you will spearhead campus-wide initiatives that address underlying attitudes and promote awareness among faculty, staff, and students. This role involves developing key educational programs while monitoring their effectiveness to align with UBC's Sexual Misconduct Policy. Implement inclusive training that resonates with various audiences across the university.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute comprehensive prevention strategies
• Develop training materials for diverse audiences
• Collaborate with stakeholders on educational initiatives
• Evaluate education programs' performance and impact
• Support peer-led prevention education efforts
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree with 5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of sexual violence prevention strategies
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with evaluation methodologies in education
• Commitment to diversity and inclusivity principles
