As an instructor with GAF, you'll facilitate training events for contractors, distributors, and architects. With over five years of construction or roofing experience, you’ll deliver high-quality technical and sales training. Emphasizing innovation, your role includes developing effective learning assets and ensuring that content remains relevant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver sales and technical training seminars to various audiences
• Develop engaging facilitation techniques and learning materials
• Ensure training content is innovative and relevant
• Train GAF's sales force and employees on systems
• Perform additional marketing, HR, and assigned duties
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of roofing or construction experience
• Strong public speaking skills
• Knowledge of roofing systems
• Flexibility for 50-70% travel
