Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain learning programs, workshops, curricula, tools, and resources that support business objectives and team member development.
Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and create effective learning solutions.
Facilitate engaging classroom, virtual, and blended learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
Develop learning evaluation tools and measure the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives.
Create and support train-the-trainer programs that build internal facilitation capability across the organization.
Administer and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), including learner support, reporting, content management, and system enhancements.
Maintain accurate learning records, certifications, and compliance-related training requirements.
Leverage digital learning tools and technology to enhance learner engagement and accessibility.
Support learning and development projects, initiatives, and continuous improvement opportunities across the organization.

Experience & Qualifications
Post-secondary education in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of experience designing and developing learning programs, curriculum, and learning resources.
Experience facilitating training and development programs for diverse audiences.
Experience working with Learning Management Systems and digital learning technologies.
Solid Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning evaluation practices.
Experience supporting organizational learning, leadership development, or capability-building initiatives is considered an asset.
Certification in instructional design, facilitation, psychometric tools, or learning technologies is considered an asset.
Work Environment
Vancouver corporate-based;
Hybrid role, minimum 3 days in office
Compensation
The base salary offered for this role is $65,000 to $75,000 per annum and can vary based on job-related expertise, qualifications, experience and internal equity.
