Key Responsibilities:
• Develop advising services tailored to students’ needs
• Coach students on career development and academic options
• Facilitate recruitment and retention initiatives
• Manage projects aimed at improving student services
• Interact with various campus departments to resolve issues
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in academic support or advising
• Knowledge of education policies and academic programs
• Ability to engage with a diverse student demographic
• Strong analytical and influencing skills
• Aptitude for technology-related advising enhancements
