Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate individual and group learning activities

• Observe and report on children's development

• Prepare and organize materials for play

• Assist with housekeeping and meal preparations

• Engage families in daily program updates

Requirements:

• Valid ECE certification and registration

• Knowledge of issues impacting Aboriginal communities

• Understanding of cultural influences on development

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
