In this full-time, permanent role with the Financial Professionals department, you will provide subject matter expertise in curriculum development. You’ll participate in needs assessments and collaborate on instructional strategies that enhance long-term educational impact across various financial sectors.
Your role will involve engaging with stakeholders to build a collaborative educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth analyses to inform curriculum development
• Design instructional materials for effective training delivery
• Establish collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
• Provide ongoing instructional support for educators
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in instruction
Requirements:
• 5+ years of instructional design experience
• Strong skills in curriculum design and needs analysis
• Proven analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent decision-making and judgement skills
• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
