Deliver virtual product training at Varicent, translating SaaS concepts into practical learning experiences for customers worldwide. Customer Education drives adoption.
As a Product Trainer, Customer Education, you will lead instructor-led programs, including Admin Enablement and product webinars. You will collaborate across Product, Support, Customer Success, and Education. The role combines facilitation, program design, customer advocacy, and learning strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver virtual instructor-led training, webinars, and customer learning experiences
- Develop and improve customer enablement curricula with instructional designers
- Translate complex product concepts into practical learning experiences
- Analyze feedback, effectiveness, and metrics to improve programs
- Mentor facilitators and support instructional practice standards
- Six-plus years in technical training or customer education
- Experience facilitating virtual training for professional audiences
- Understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, analytics, or incentive systems
- Knowledge of adult learning and instructional design principles
- Experience with Zoom, Docebo, Zuddl, Kahoot, or similar platforms
