White Rock Christian Academy is excited to announce the launch of Beyond the Bell, a brand-new Before & After School Program designed to extend the WRCA experience beyond the regular school day. As we prepare to introduce this exciting new program to our school community, we are looking for caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated ECE Program Educators to help bring it to life!
Beyond the Bell will provide a Christ-centred, welcoming, and engaging environment for students from Kindergarten through Grade
5. Through outdoor play, sports, creative exploration, enrichment activities, and meaningful relationships, our goal is to create a place where children feel known, valued, and included.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new program from the very beginning! As an ECE Program Educator, you will help establish a positive and engaging environment where children can build friendships, explore their interests, and grow in confidence and character.
Working alongside a collaborative team, you will play an important role in shaping the culture and daily experiences of Beyond the Bell. We are looking for individuals who bring warmth, energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Experience working with school-age children is an asset.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A warm, patient, and relational approach to working with children.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
- Commitment to a Christ-centred educational environment and the values of WRCA.
