Lead impactful energy audits in multi-family and commercial spaces as an Energy Auditor. Focus on improving energy efficiency through audits, benchmarking, and detailed reporting.
This role seeks a dedicated individual enthusiastic about enhancing building performance in diverse environments. You will conduct site visits, produce energy assessments, and collaborate with clients, contributing significantly to decarbonization efforts and energy efficiency solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform energy assessments and technical analysis
• Conduct benchmarking and related evaluations
• Generate professional energy reports
• Communicate with clients and contractors regularly
• Support additional energy efficiency projects
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical or Energy Management
• Experience with energy assessments in commercial buildings
• Understanding of HVAC and building systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
