Position: Energy Efficiency Advisor Role Island
Become a pivotal part of CLEAResult’s mission as an Energy Efficiency Advisor located in Vancouver Island. Assist homeowners and contractors with energy-saving upgrades and projects.

In this Senior Energy Advisor position, you will support the successful execution of residential energy efficiency initiatives. Your expertise in building systems and energy retrofits will allow you to guide clients effectively, ensuring they understand eligibility requirements and technical specifications. The role demands strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to maintain project documentation meticulously while traveling across your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the project process from eligibility to completion

• Offer technical guidance on energy efficiency upgrades

• Troubleshoot and resolve project-related technical issues

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Oversee QA/QC activities to ensure compliance

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a relevant role

• Understanding of residential building systems and HVAC

• Proficient with digital documentation methods

• Relevant post-secondary education or industry experience

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
