In this senior role, you will support the effective delivery of energy efficiency initiatives, acting as a technical resource for home retrofits and compliance measures. Your strong background in residential buildings and HVAC systems will enable you to troubleshoot issues and ensure projects align with program requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support homeowners throughout energy efficiency project processes

• Provide technical guidance on retrofit requirements and building systems

• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve project-related challenges

• Review documentation and maintain program records accurately

• Communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3–5 years as an Energy Advisor or related field experience

• Knowledge of building science and energy efficiency upgrades

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Ability to travel regularly within assigned service areas
