Apprentice Aircraft Maintenance Engineer

Pacific Coastal Airlines (PCA) is looking for an Apprentice Aircraft Maintenance Engineer! This position is based out of a hanger located near South Terminal at the Vancouver International Airport in Richmond, BC.

The Maintenance Department at PCA fosters a team environment. The broad scope of maintenance that PCA carry out provide team members with a complete experience with line maintenance, heavy maintenance, troubleshooting and major component changes in both M1 and M2 aircrafts. • Graduate of a Transport Canada approved Maintenance training program
• Experience on system installations and troubleshooting of various systems an asset
• Experience on fleet types and previous time in the industry required
• Must be familiar with the use of specialty equipment required for the position
• Must be able to obtain a RAIC and AVOP

• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights and holiday on shift rotations
• Willing to travel as required to service all aircrafts in our fleet
• Lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods at a time
• Able to work in various weather conditions and elevated noise levels
