Compensation:
Competitive base salary, approximately $100,000 – $140,000 (commensurate with experience) + benefits

The OpportunityOur client is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate-level Project Manager to help lead and grow their Intelligent Integrated Systems practice in Vancouver. This role is suited for a technically strong project leader who understands the convergence of building systems and sees integrated design as the future of the built environment.
You will play a senior role in delivering large, complex projects, providing technical oversight, managing multidisciplinary coordination, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Beyond project execution, this role offers influence—supporting strategic planning, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the continued evolution of an integrated systems practice.
This is an anticipated hire, aligned with long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of integrated systems concepts, design briefs, and technical strategies
- Oversee project scope, schedules, and construction budgets, ensuring high-quality delivery
- Provide senior-level technical review of reports, calculations, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and AHJ requirements
- Coordinate closely with architects, interior designers, contractors, and internal disciplines
- Guide procurement strategies and support construction-phase activities, including contract administration where required
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing both technical and financial inquiries
- Mentor and guide intermediate staff, promoting best practices and quality standards
- Lead and participate in client meetings and presentations
- 7+ years of experience in intelligent building systems, telecommunications, security, audiovisual, or electrical systems
- Professional designation and/or certifications (P.Eng., RCDD, PSP, CTS/CTS-D, MCSE, CCIE) considered strong assets
- Working knowledge of industry standards (BICSI, EIA/TIA, CSA)
- Proficiency with MS Office, CAD/Revit, and project scheduling tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities

The expected compensation range for this role is $100 000 – $140 000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
This role will include Group Health Benefits, Group Retirement Savings Plan and Employee Share Ownership Program.
